Our brand new menu!
Our Product and Innovation Manager, Tom Cole has been sampling exotic ingredients and tasting cocktails at some of the world’s best venues. Doesn’t exactly sound like a tough job, but he’s also racked up some serious hours behind the bar to put it all into practice!
It wouldn’t be a Dirty Martini menu update without exciting new martinis, but this time we’ve also added a brand new collection – the Dirty Dozen.
We certainly aren’t ones to pick favourites, but the Spring Peach and Hibiscus Martini is pretty high on our lists right now… Made with Absolut Blue Vodka, peach schnapps, Thé Vert Hibiscus, coconut water, grapefruit and peach bitters, lemon juice and gomme syrup and garnished with a preserved hibiscus flower, this is definitely a cocktail that deserves an Instagram shot all to itself.
Everyone loves the grown up version of coffee, espresso martinis (and they’re still on the menu, don’t panic) but have you ever thought about boozy tea? Full of warming spices, the Chai Pear Martini is the perfect winter drink, made with Absolut Blue Vodka, chai tea syrup, fresh lime and pear juice, Frangelico and demerara gomme syrup.
Tom seriously went all out with the new Distinctively Dirty cocktails. We’re talking, like, really dirty. The Cheek to Cheek has got a splash of balsamic vinegar, a dash of acai berry juice (so the antioxidants cancel out the booze, right?), Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, Manzanilla sherry and honey topped off with a generous dollop of mascarpone foam. Spoon required!
The Latina Caramella is just as exotic as she sounds, made with Peroni, Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey Liqueur, apple juice, caramel syrup and Angostura Bitters, and finished off with a sesame snap on the rim of the glass. Because who doesn’t fancy a biscuit with their cocktail?!
The Big Chivowski, our take on the classic White Russian is a seriously indulgent addition – and a nod to one of our favourite films, Big Lebowski. Tom’s version uses Chivas Regal 12yr Scotch Whiskey instead of vodka, shaken with Kahlua, caramel syrup, Mozart White Liqueur, almond milk, barrel aged bitters and a sprinkling of butterscotch candy.
And finally – the Dirty Dozen! Twelve of our dirtiest, most delicious and much-loved cocktails from our past and present menus. There’s the zingy Raspberry and Ginger Smash, the tropical Rum Forest Rum, and the sparkling Amber Granada. And we can’t forget The Green Monk – packed full of superfoods like matcha, organic agave nectar and almond milk, it’s basically like drinking a green smoothie…. Right?
To top it all off, the whole Dirty Dozen menu will be making a star appearance in our famous Happy Hour. Yep, twelve cocktails, half price, every. Single. Day. You’re welcome!
