Cocktails are obviously the greatest thing in the world, but we think chocolate comes a very close second…

And it seems like you guys agree: our iconic Chocolate Martini is only getting more popular, with 47,516 sipped in 2015 and a whopping 50,590 in 2016. Yep, we did the maths... that equates to over TEN THOUSAND LITRES of chocolate heaven!

So with Easter just around the corner, we’ve shaken up some seriously indulgent ingredients to bring back our most deliciously naughty cocktail range ever… The Choctails.

We think it’s pretty safe to assume that your New Year’s resolutions have dropped off by now, so it’s time to break any remaining rules and get into the spirit of Easter indulgence!

The Maltease

Havana 3yr Rum, Mozart White Chocolate Cream liqueur, coconut water & Canadian maple syrup shaken with Ovaltine malt powder & smooth Nutella (YES, NUTELLA), topped with a whipped mascarpone foam & grated dark chocolate

Deep complex notes of malt and hazelnut chocolate coat your mouth as you sip The Maltease, with a light airy cloud of mascarpone foam to cut through the velvety finish. Pretend the indulgent days of Easter last forever with this (slightly less than) earnest cocktail!


The Chocolate Martini

For those of you that don’t already know this off by heart…

Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur & Briottet Creme de Cacao liqueur, shaken with double cream & cocao powder served with a dark chocolate stick

One of our all-time favourites. The Chocolate Martini is a must for all occasions (and you can find it on our Main Menu throughout the year!), this never failing staple to anyone’s unrelinquishing thirst for all things Chocolatey – a soft well balanced blend of Vanilla, Cacao, Cream and Hazelnut liqueur; you’ll wonder why you’ve never tried one until now!


The White Rabbit

Because we couldn't get through Easter without at least one bunny reference!

Morgan’s Spiced Rum, Solerno Blood Orange liqueur, Briottet Crème de Cacao & caramel syrup shaken with fresh mascarpone, citrus & Mozart chocolate bitters & a fresh egg finished with grated orange zest

Rich yet surprisingly fresh, the White Rabbit presents a flurry of creamy dulce de leche flavours with a citric-orange finish and a delightfully smooth mouth feel as the caramel, solerno and mascarpone mingle together. Need we say more?
