Back for it's second year, we're excited to join our city's top mixologists to celebrate the vibrant cocktail scene here in Cardiff.
Our Assistant General Manager Luke has come up with two delicious tipples available for just £5 during the event which runs from Monday 17th to Sunday 23rd of April.

Qui Essentials
QuiQuiRiQui Mezcal, Velvet Falernum Liqueur and Briottet Figue de Barbarie, shaken with fresh lime juice, Gomme syrup, egg white and a crushed Kaffir lime leaf.

The delightful smokiness of this Mezcal based tipple lingers with a bitter-sweet balance of prickly pear and grapefruit bitters, finished with a delicate floral fragrance of Kaffir lime and Falernum, a superb entry level cocktail for those wanting to venture over to the world of this traditional Mexican spirit.
Papa's Daquiri
Havana 3yr Rum, elderflower cordial and pink grapefruit juice, shaken with fresh lime juice, Gomme syrup and a pinch of vanilla salt.
A pinch of vanilla infused salt causes the ripe ruby flavours of pink grapefruit to shine through in this fantastic take on a classic. Complimented with notes of elderflower and fresh lime, Havana 3 year old gives the drink some serious legs, a refreshing sipper served straight up.
