Bold London Spirit is shaken with Bitter Truth Pimento Dram, gingerbread syrup, chai tea syrup, pressed apple juice, egg white, citric acid & Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters

Havana 3yr Rum is shaken with Briottet Crème de Cacao, Crème de Menthe, Butterscotch Schnapps, double cream, dark chocolate pencils & fresh mint leaves, garnished with an After 8 mint slice.

Amaretto Disaronno is mixed with cranberry juice & blood orange syrup, topped with Prosecco.

Jim Beam Bourbon is stirred over ice with Manzanilla Sherry, Mandarin Napoleon liqueur, quince Jelly, muddled walnuts, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters & Fee Brothers Black Walnut Butters
