Our limited edition Peaky Blinders cocktails!
We're so excited to have opened our doors in Birmingham, we thought it only right to show how the city has inspired us - in cocktail form of course.
We've collaborated with local producers Langley's Gin to develop three fun new cocktails that capture the spirit of Birmingham.
The three delicious concoctions are available ONLY at Dirty Martini Birmingham for just 6 weeks, so be sure to book and try them all - by order of the Peaky Blinders
Available 21st April – 31st May. £8 each.
The Tommy Shelby
Langley's Old Tom Gin, Courvoisier VS Cognac, Bold Aperitif, Belsazer Vermouth are shaken with peach syrup, lemon juice, egg white and a couple of drops of Dandelion and Burdock Bitters.
Also comes with the Shelby Brothers Ltd seal of approval - naturally only for the best in Birmingham.
Grace's Secret
Langley's Old Tom Gin, Briottet Creme de Fraise and Lillet Blanc are shaken with rose syrup, lemon juice, egg white and fresh strawberries.
The Garrison
Langley's Old Tom Gin and Cointreau are shaken with "Gunpowder Syrup", fresh lemon juice and egg white. Finished with a Laphroigh mist.
