Inspired by the Welsh flag, The Red Dragon uses locally distilled Brecon Botanical Gin. Shaken with flavours of blood orange, green tea, hibiscus, and teapot bitters and garnished with an iconic Snapdragon flower, this is definitely one for your Instagram feed…
The aptly named Merlyn’s Cup features Penderyn Single Malt Whisky, combined with rich flavours from the super luxe Merlyn cream liqueur. We've balanced this out with Yellow Chartreuse for its lighter notes of mixed spices, sweetened with chestnut syrup, and Whisky barrel aged bitters for an extra layer of complexity.
Inspired by folk tales, An Old Myth is a Welsh twist on the traditional Old Fashioned. A generous measure of Penderyn Myth Single Malt is stirred down with fig liqueur, dandelion and burdock bitters and demerara sugar.
