VEGAN SPIRIT
To support our vegan fans, those undertaking Veganuary and those who just want more choice, we have launched a range of vegan cocktails. No more reading the small print or avoiding cocktails all together, you can be safe in the knowledge our vegan cocktails are just that! and I mean, just look at them!
But rather than simply swap ingredients to vegan friendly
alternatives (where’s the fun in that?!) We took this opportunity to create
some beautifully balanced drinks, incorporating several innovative ingredients,
and of course, ensuring they are insta friendly!
So, let’s introduce you…
24 Carrot Gold
Add some sunshine to your life with this gorgeous little
number, featuring Havana 3yr rum, green Chartreuse, carrot juice, turmeric,
ginger, mango, pineapple and citrus.
As well as giving the cocktail its eye-popping colour, turmeric adds a great depth of flavour, complementing the fruity notes whilst adding a level of warmth which rounds off the whole drink.
Who said winter can’t be vibrant?!
The Green Mile
Elegant and exotic, not only the first two words on our CV, but the best way to describe the next member of our vegan friendly family.
Mixing Absolut vodka and green Chartreuse with almond milk,
coconut, eucalyptus and green matcha. The Green Mile would have a place on any
juice bar menu, just with that Dirty Martini kick!
A must try.
The Pink Garden
It may be deepest darkest January, but Spring is just around the corner and the Pink Garden will have you dreaming of those longer, brighter days.
Blending Beefeater gin, basil liqueur, beetroot,
pomegranate, raspberries and citrus. Both light and aromatic, with a slightly
tart undertone, the Pink Garden will be a new favourite without a doubt.
In January, we drink pink.
The Lemon & Ginger Collins
A modern twist on the classic Collins, we have spiced things up with the Lemon & Ginger Collins mixing Beefeater gin, elderflower, ginger and lime, topped with soda water. This fresh, yet fiery cocktail is so simple yet already feels like a classic.
Be careful, these could become your new best friend…
The Smooth Operator
A vegan nod to the White Russian, a mainstay on any cocktail menu. Made with Absolut vodka, Kahlua, vegan cream and vegan chocolate.
Because sometimes a bit of indulgence is needed this time of
year. Creamy and smooth, think iced mocha meets espresso martini. Did I already
mention the VEGAN CHOCOLATE?!
