Are you still open in Manchester?

Yes we continue to remain open and will follow the new local authority guidelines for Greater Manchester on social distancing requiring that only people from the same household can meet indoors.  We will continue to review the situation every seven days in line with local authority guidelines.

Are you still open in Cardiff?

Due to recent local authority guidelines, we can only accept bookings of up to 6 people and every guest within one booking in Dirty Martini Cardiff must be from the same household until further notice. This is being reviewed on a weekly basis in accordance with the local authority.

What if I have a booking that now doesn’t comply with the new local authority guidelines on social distancing?

Please respond to your booking confirmation letting us know your situation and our team will be in touch.

What safety measures are you taking when you re-open?

We've been working hard behind the scenes to introduce plenty of measures to ensure we're keeping our guests and team safe:

  • We're limiting our capacity to ensure we can all obey social distancing
  • We've introduced free standing Hand Sanitisers at the entrance and inside all of our venues
  • We've introduced floor signage to help direct you safely around our venues
  • Every guest will have their temperature checked upon arrival
  • From Monday 14th September the maximum group booking size is 6 people
  • Our tables will be safely spaced and we're installing screens to assist with social distancing
  • All of our menus will be disposable for the foreseeable future, meaning they will be thrown away after each use
  • You can now order and pay at your table via your phone and have your food and drinks delivered to your table
  • All our venues are now completely cashless
  • All of our team members have received extensive Health & Safety training to ensure we are COVID secure
  • Disposable paper towels will be available in our toilets
  • We'll be deep cleaning our venues even more regularly and keeping all touch points clean during the day
  • We've introduced clear signage throughout our venues to remind guests of social distancing and hygiene practices

Are you accepting walk-ins at all your venues?

Yes we are, but this will be subject to availability.

What is the largest group size you are able to book?

At the moment we are only able to take groups of up to 6 people. If your group size is more than 6, we won’t be able to offer you multiple tables to accommodate your numbers.

Will i be refunded if we go into another lockdown?

In line with the Government Guidance, we will try to re-schedule your booking or refund where possible.

How long will my refund take?
