Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have decided to temporarily close our doors for the safety of our customers and staff, so unfortunately not for the time being.
When will Dirty Martini open again?
It is difficult to say at the moment, however we would like to thank you for your continued support and eagerly await welcoming you back as soon as possible.
What happens to my booking now Dirty Martini are temporarily closed?
Rest assured that if you have a booking with us from now until the 19th April, your booking will be cancelled and refunded as soon as possible.
We will email you regarding all future bookings from 20th April onwards in due course, but we hope you can be patient with us during these challenging times.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Card Refunds: Due to the high volume of refunds that will be processed, it could take anywhere from 5-20 working days for your refund to be received in your bank account. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
BACs Refunds: We will be in contact in due course to confirm the bank details your payment should be refunded to. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
What if the card I used is no longer in use?
Not to worry, the payment will automatically be redirected to the bank account associated with your debit or credit card. If you have fully closed the bank account associated with your card then you will need to contact your brank, once we have emailed you confirming the refund has been processed.
Do you have a Happy Hour?
All our bars offer a generous Happy Hour which includes; half price Martinis and selected cocktails, £12.50 bottles of wine, £20 bottles of Prosecco and £3.50 bottled beer & cider.*

Do you charge entry?

What is your dress code?
o Smart Casual – Dress to Impress
o No sports trainers, sportswear or manual work wear
o No hoodies or hats
o No fancy dress
o Smart summer wear is allowed provided it matches the conditions at time of entry
o Manager discretion applies at all times
What type of music do you play?
Our music is a mix of commercial house and chart hits. We also feature live DJs at all our bars Friday and Saturday evenings. Some of our venues feature DJs other nights of the week so contact the bar for more details.
What ID will I need?
We operate the Challenge 25 scheme at Dirty Martini, which means if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove your age.
Challenge 25 is a scheme that encourages anyone who looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID when they want to buy alcohol or enter a licensed premises.
Challenge 25 builds on the Challenge 21 campaign introduced by the British Beer and Pub Association, who represent the beer and pub sector, in 2005. It’s now run by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group, which represents alcohol retailers.
The only 3 forms of ID we accept to prove your age:
- Photo driving licence
- Photo passport
- National ID card
Admission to the venue is however at the management's discretion at all times.
Do you accept under 18s in your venues?
Unfortunately, we do not accept under 18s into our venue under any circumstances.
Does making a booking or getting on the guest list guarantee me entry?
If you’ve joined our guest list, this provides priority entry however entry is dependent on venue capacity. We will do our best to get you inside as quickly as possible. Please note entry is always subject to our normal entry policies.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking? Will I get my deposit back?
If you book a table or area with us our cancellation period is 72hrs and we reserve the right to keep the deposit if the booking is cancelled within this time period. If you’re celebrating the festive season with us, please be aware that different cancellation policies apply. Please check with whoever you have booked with.
What happens if I am running late?
Please be aware we can only hold booked areas for 15 minutes and after this time it will be made available to other customers. If you’re running a bit behind schedule, give us a call on 0207 632 2080 and we’ll see what we can do.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm.
Do you accept walk ins?
Absolutely! You are able to walk into all our bars.
We also have non-bookable tables available at all our venues.

Do you have a cloakroom?
Most of our bars have cloakrooms with a £1 charge for coats and free bag check-in; but please be aware that space is limited.
