THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

**Dirty Martini is part of the DC Bars Limited

1. Prize entitles the winner up to 8 Martinis and 1 Sharing Platter per person over 2 hours
2. Prize not valid in conjunction with any other offer
3. Offer must be pre-booked, subject to availability
4. Prize must be redeemed by 31st August 2017
5. No cash alternative will be offered for any of the prizes and the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
6. DC Bars Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond DC Bars Limited’s control make this necessary.
7. By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
8. If any term in these terms and conditions is found by a court of law or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then this shall not affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of the remaining terms.
